Certification Decision
Committee Review
Certification decisions are taken up by the certification committee of CGCERT in compliance with relevant standards, based on the inspection/assessment report and evaluation report.
Objective & Transparent Process
All certification decisions are made in an objective, impartial, and transparent manner. Each decision is properly recorded in the concerned file of the operator.
Communication of Decision
The certification decision is communicated to the operator along with any non-conformities that must be rectified to comply with certification requirements. The extent of further evaluation or testing required is also shared.
Conditions & Corrective Actions
CGCERT reserves the right to impose conditions. Where corrective actions are required subsequent to certification, a time limit shall be imposed for compliance.
